Consultation & Training

Consultation, Training, & Supervision

In addition to my clinical practice, I provide consultation, workshops, and clinical supervision for organizations, agencies, clinicians, and trainees. My areas of expertise span couple and family psychology, culturally responsive service delivery, relationship and fatherhood programming, and clinical training.

If you're looking for a consultant, speaker, or supervisor who brings both research rigor and real-world program experience, I'd love to talk.

I develop and deliver workshops, trainings, and presentations for a range of audiences — from clinicians and graduate students to program staff, organizational leaders, and community groups. My presentations are grounded in research, informed by practice, and designed to be engaging and immediately applicable.

Workshops & Speaking

I provide clinical supervision to psychologists, mental health counselors, social workers, and psychotherapists at all levels of training — from graduate students to experienced clinicians looking to deepen their work with couples and families.

My supervision style is collaborative, process-oriented, and grounded in attachment theory. I emphasize cultural humility, self-of-the-therapist work, and the integration of multicultural frameworks into evidence-based practice.

Supervision is available virtually via Zoom. Please reach out to discuss availability, rates, and fit.

Clinical Supervision

I consult with agencies, nonprofits, and organizations on the design, implementation, and evaluation of family-strengthening programs — including relationship education and responsible fatherhood initiatives. I bring over a decade of experience directing federally funded programs serving diverse communities in the Bronx.
